Shipping policy

At YamatoAqua, we work to ensure you receive your products quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Delivery Times
  • Domestic shipments: between 3 and 7 business days.
  • International shipments: between 7 and 20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
  • Times are estimated and may vary during peak season or due to causes beyond our control, such as logistical or customs delays.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the weight of the package.
  • For purchases over USD $300, shipping will be free.
4. Order Tracking
  • All shipments include a tracking number. You can check the status of your order on the courier company's website.
5. Customs and International Taxes
  • For shipments outside of Peru, any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
6. Damaged Products or Shipping Issues
  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at yamatoaqualabs@gmail.com, attaching photos of the package and the product.
  • We will review your case and offer you a replacement or refund as appropriate.
